
How to Apply for the Engage Program
Leadership Engage is an opportunity to grow as a professional and make deeper connections with other leaders in Palm Beach County.
Leadership Engage is an immersive program designed to enhance your knowledge of Palm Beach County, build leadership skills, and develop your personal network and relationships with community leaders. Applications open annually for members of the following years class of Leadership Engage members.
Application Process
- Download and review the Leadership Engage Application.
- Attend an optional Information session to learn more about Leadership Palm Beach County, the Engage program, and tips for completing the application.
- Complete the application and submit it by the deadline. No exceptions will be offered for missing the deadline.
- Make sure to pay your application fee, and the application will not be considered unless it is completed in full and the application fee is paid.
- Provide the necessary documentation and letters of recommendation as requested in the application.
- Applications will be reviewed and a slate put forth by the Leadership Engage selection committee, composed of Alumni from our Engage program.
- The slate of class members will be approved by our Board of Governors, and class membership will be offered to selected applicants.
- Acceptance to the class will be confirmed upon receipt of paid tuition and announced publicly soon after.
