Leadership Engage
Leadership Engage, has existed to unite and educate our county’s most promising leaders since 1983 and continues to be our flagship program. The Engage program, presented by iTHINK Financial, offers successful professionals a powerful new network and a transformative learning experience.
Each class consists of a group of motivated, informed, and diverse professionals who are selected for their leadership and service within Palm Beach County and beyond.
The Leadership Engage Program is a transformative experience, both professionally and personally. They build lasting professional relationships and have a deeper understanding of how business works in all aspects of Palm Beach County to be able to contribute better.
Engage Overview
- Applications will be accepted in the Spring. Upon acceptance, a retreat is held in early Fall.
- The program is from September to May where each class participant meets for one day of each month.
- Each day has a focus on one area of business in Palm Beach County such as on civics, agriculture, public safety, arts and culture, and healthcare.
- The day consists of a bus trip throughout the county to discover, learn and experience new things, meet new leaders, and gain new insight.
- In May, the class will attend a graduation ceremony and officially become alumni.
Alumni
By May, graduates will be offered a complimentary one-year membership to remain engaged in Leadership Palm Beach County.
Cost of Program
