Leadership Palm Beach County offers the Engage program as a way to unite and educate our county’s most promising leaders. Each class consists of a group of motivated, informed, and diverse professionals. These professionals are selected through a competitive application process and chosen for their leadership and service within Palm Beach County.

Collaborate with classmates on a Leadership Forward project, donating your skills and manpower to a local nonprofit for an impactful community service project.
